Eligibility Criteria

Deputy Director/Tech (two openings), Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, General Central Service (Group “A”)

According to the official notification, candidates must have earned an Associate Membership of Institute of Engineers (AMIE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc(Engg)) awarded by a recognized University in the fields of Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or Electronics and Telecommunications; either a Bachelor of Science in Physics with Electronics or Telecommunications; or a Bachelor of Engineering [B.E or B. Tech or B.Sc(Engg)] awarded by a recognized University in the fields of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, or Software Engineering; or a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) following three years of a Bachelor of Science in Physics; or a Master of Science (Information Technology) or Master of Science (Computer Science/Computer Application) or Master of Science (Software) from a recognized University/Institute.

Additional Deputy Director/Cyptography-Cypher Cadre (01 Vacancy), Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, General Central Service (Group-A)

According to the official announcement, candidates must have graduated from an accredited university or institute with a master’s degree in mathematics, statistical mathematics, statistics, computer science, computer applications, or information technology. OR a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or school in the fields of computer engineering, computer science, computer technology, computer science and engineering, or information technology. Over 10 years of expertise in the fields of secure data communications and cryptography employing digital techniques.

Joint Deputy Director (Executive) (13 vacancies), General Central Service (Group ‘A’), Gazetted Non-Ministerial

Candidates must have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or its equivalent, and they must have 10 years of experience, of which 5 years must be spent working in intelligence.

22 positions for Assistant Director (Executive), Gazetted Non-Ministerial (non-IPS), General Central Service (Group “A”)

Candidates must have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or its equivalent, as well as seven years of experience, three of which must have been spent working in intelligence.

Deputy Chief Intelligence Officer/Tech-Tel (01 openings), Group A, Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, General Central Service

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc(Engg)) in the field of Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Telecommunication, or Telecommunication (B.Tel.E., or Bachelor of Telecommunication Engineering) from an accredited university, or Graduateship from the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, AMIETE (Associate Membership of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers), or Four Years Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Madras Institute of Technology, Madras (DMIT).

Having worked in any of the following fields for three years:

(a) Workshop on telecommunication.
(b) Telecommunication network installation, upkeep, refurbishment, and testing.
(c) Assisting with technical aspects of telecommunication equipment production.

Senior Research Officer (two openings), Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, General Central Service
(Group-A)

a master’s degree in commerce, business administration, statistics, economics, or management from an accredited university, or an equivalent. Five years of expertise in conducting research, writing reports on current economic challenges, and predicting future trends in the economy.
